During your first session I will be evaluating your strengths and weaknesses. I will also need to know about any problems you have (physical issues, concerns, scheduling), if any, so I can take them into account when customizing your fitness program. I will find out what your range of motion is and how you move your body. We will then talk about your goals. I’m good at figuring out your needs and figuring out how to help you.
