I have been taking Pilates (and most recently, Barre) with Trish at her studio for the past couple years. I had never done Pilates before meeting her. I initially came to help relieve lower back pain, improve my flexibility and strengthen my core and upper body. We usually start out with floor work on a mat. Next, we move to one of her two reformer machines. Since it’s a private lesson, Trish is able to guide me every step of the way on positioning, breathing and movement. I’ve never done Pilates prior to this experience. I had been going to a chiropractor prior to seeing her with no relief. Within 2-3 sessions of Pilates with Trish, my back and shoulder pain went away. I feel stronger and healthier than I have in years. She always works with my schedule and her prices are very affordable for the personalized instruction I’m getting. I highly recommend her!

Trish was extremely patient and knowledgeable, and totally understood the disease. I sleep better, have better balance, less brain fog therefore better concentration, I feel relaxed and completely rejuvenated after I do the exercises she recommends. Better yet, no side effects from medications, and I’m getting really good results every week! I highly recommend Pilates as a way to get a handle on fibromyalgia pain it has made an incredible difference in my life.
