I recommend doing Pilates at least twice a week. Three times a week would be ideal. Each of my Pilates sessions is an hour long. Fitness should always be a priority because it helps promote your general health, stamina, and strength. Busy people can always use more stamina! By being healthier and having more energy, you’ll live longer and feel better, which gives you more time to do all the other things that you love to do. Pilates, like most fitness systems, relieves stress and will make you look good, too.
